Exchanges & Refunds
Hopefully you won't ever have a need to return an item to Mapsy. However, if you do need to send something back to us, we'll try to make it as easy as possible for you.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us to let us know you are sending something back, and then return it to us within 30 days of placing the order. The item must be in original (resalable) condition, unless the product has been damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we are only able to refund postage costs for damaged/incorrect orders (please retain your receipt and proof of postage).
Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalised items except those damaged in transit.
Once we have received your item, and it is in satisfactory condition, we will either issue a refund to you or exchange your purchase as requested. Refunds will be issued immediately, and should reappear in the account you used for payment in 3-5 working days.
